About Us
At Bi-State Primary Care Association, we are experts in recruiting medical professionals who want to live and work in Vermont. Since the inception of our New Hampshire Recruitment Center in 1994, we have gained many years of experience linking medical professionals together with federally qualified community health centers, public health practices, rural health clinics, hospital-sponsored and private practice groups. With the inception of the Vermont Recruitment Center in 2003, we have drawn upon that expertise to attract health professionals to the state.
In fact, the Vermont Recruitment Center is the only resource in the region dedicated to finding and placing primary care and oral health providers exclusively for medical practices in the Green Mountain State. All fees are paid for by employers. And since we're a non-profit organization, our fees are significantly less than those charged by for-profit recruitment firms.
Since 1994, we’ve worked with more than 100 practices and placed nearly 185 physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, midwives and dental hygienists in our two state region. Our special focus is on placing health care providers in medical practices that treat patients in underserved areas. Although many of the practices we work with are located in quaint New England towns that offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the big city, we also recruit for more urban areas of the state such as Burlington.
Bi-State employees live in Vermont and have an in-depth knowledge of the cities and towns in which we recruit health care professionals to work. We able to provide thorough and knowledgeable assistance to both employers and candidates alike.
